Good News: Yunzhong Technology's laser heat sink devices have successfully completed batch delivery

Recently, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunzhong Technology, Chizhou Yunhai Surface Treatment Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Chizhou Yunhai"), has achieved commercial mass production of its independently developed laser heat sink devices and successfully met the delivery targets, earning high recognition from customers and the market. At present, Chizhou Yunhai has developed various types of prefabricated gold-tin ceramic heat sink products, including prefabricated gold-tin aluminum nitride, beryllium oxide and other ceramic heat sink products, and has completed the delivery of over one million related products in total.
In recent years, with the continuous rise of the comprehensive strength of domestic fiber laser manufacturers, the software and hardware of fiber lasers in China have successively achieved domestic production, which has gradually shifted the market share of Chinese fiber lasers from foreign manufacturers to domestic ones. However, due to the high barriers in terms of process and technology, the domestic market for high-power ceramic heat sinks applied in laser chips has long been monopolized by foreign enterprises, becoming a "bottleneck" link in the fiber laser industry chain.
The R&D team of Yunzhong Technology has been continuously committed to solving this "bottleneck" technical problem. Relying on the existing processing and manufacturing technology platforms such as laser processing, yellow light lithography, electrochemistry, PVD, and automation, through continuous exploration and strict testing and verification, they have successfully independently developed a high-power fiber laser ceramic heat sink with excellent performance, and achieved full-process independent manufacturing. Meanwhile, Yunzhong Technology also attaches great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights for innovation. Currently, it has applied for multiple patents for the technological achievements generated during the research and development process and has been granted authorization.
Although semiconductor lasers have a relatively high electro-optical conversion efficiency, they generate a large amount of heat during operation. Ceramic heat sinks that have both circuit and heat dissipation functions, if they cannot conduct heat away in a timely and effective manner, will directly lead to excessive temperature rise of the laser chip, resulting in wavelength shift, reduced polarization, power and device efficiency, and other problems, seriously affecting the output power, lifespan and reliability of the laser. Therefore, how to increase the output power of lasers has always been a key research focus and development direction in the industry.
In 2023, with the breakthrough in 50W high-power laser chip technology, the traditional aluminum nitride (230W/ (M.K)) ceramic substrate heat sink can no longer meet its heat dissipation requirements. To further enhance the heat dissipation capacity of ceramic substrates, Yunzhong Technology has continuously upgraded and iterated its ceramic heat sink products, successively developing ceramic heat sinks with different thermal conductivity gradients, such as beryllium oxide (250W/ (M.K)), silicon carbide (375W/ (M.K)), diamond (2000W/ (M.K)), and other ceramic heat sinks. The company is actively expanding its industrial layout in laser ceramic heat sinks and is committed to innovatively developing ceramic laser heat sink products with higher heat dissipation efficiency and lower energy consumption. It aims to meet customers' demands for higher-performance products and contribute its humble efforts to the industrial application of domestic high-power chips. With concrete actions, it is effectively implementing the national requirements for the localization of third-generation semiconductors.
