Following the successful development and mass production of 1μF MLCC products in the first half of 2025, the R&D team completed the research and validation of 10μF high-capacity MLCC products in 0805 package (2.0mm×1.25mm) within just half a year. These products have smoothly passed all performance index tests and IEC 60384 international standards tests, and have officially entered mass production. This marks a new milestone in the company's R&D capabilities in the high-capacity MLCC field.
The 10μF MLCC products now in mass production have achieved a leap in capacitance value within the conventional 0805 size, which is supported by three core technological innovations:
Self-developed high dielectric constant ceramic powder.
The high dielectric constant ceramic powder formula independently developed by the material research and development team was applied for the first time, achieving dual verification of the product and material, laying a core foundation for high capacitance performance.
Continuous innovation in manufacturing processes.
By innovating the manufacturing process, we have successfully overcome the precise control challenge of making ceramic membranes smaller than 2μm, while meeting the high-precision technical requirements of stacking over 400 layers, achieving the optimal balance between volume and capacity.
Quality control during the production process.
Adhere to full-process quality control, strictly implement the "three no's" principle of process management: "no acceptance, no manufacture, no release", and conduct quality inspections at each production stage to ensure the stability of high-end product mass production yield.
With the core advantages of "medium volume, suitable for medium and high voltage, and high cost performance", this 10μF MLCC has become a "general-purpose capacitor" in the home appliance and lighting fields, capable of efficiently performing key functions such as power filtering, signal stabilization, and high-frequency dimming.
