Xuancheng Yunhai was established on October 27, 2025, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is wholly-owned by Chizhou Yunzhong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chizhou Yunzhong"), a subsidiary of Yunzhong Technology. The company is located in the Electronic Information Park of Xuancheng Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, focusing on the back-end processes of MLCC, undertaking key links such as product testing, appearance inspection, and test packaging, and dedicated to providing high-quality MLCC products to the market. In the MLCC production system, the electrical testing and appearance inspection at the back-end directly affect the reliability, stability, and final quality of the products. Currently, the company's main mass-produced products are in the 0603 size series, which have mature processes, stable yields, and large market demand, and have achieved continuous and stable batch supply.
