The 26th China Patent Award focused on key national strategic fields such as information technology, high-end manufacturing, and new materials. The patent technology awarded by Yunzhong Technology this time belongs to the company's original "CMI" (Chip Molding Integration, chip insertion integration) core technology. This technology is the company's pioneering process of integrating metal circuits and voice coil motor bases through one-piece injection molding and directly integrating the chip, significantly replacing the traditional flexible circuit board (FPC) assembly method. It precisely addresses the three industry pain points of complex components, limited structural design, and poor positioning accuracy in traditional processes. This technology significantly improves product integration, simplifies assembly procedures, eliminates the risk of FPC peeling, enhances the stability and positioning accuracy of chip integration, fills the domestic gap in this technology field, and achieves breakthroughs in key areas of domestic production.
